Return of Faulty Product
You can return a faulty product to our agents by taking in your product and receipt for a full refund, exchange for the same style, or exchange for another product. If you wish to return the product via our online store, please fill out the Returns/Exchanges form. We will then send you a pre-paid and addressed envelope for return of goods. We will process your return within 48 hours of receiving goods (during business hours, see Shipping & Delivery).
